LEO on Guard investigators have a plethora of experience in conducting administrative investigations. Administrative investigations are violations of your organization's policies, procedures, collective bargaining agreements, rules, and/or regulations. LEO on Guard internal investigations leave no stone unturned, answering the basic questions of who, what, where, when, why and how so you don't have to. All statements are recorded, transcribed and included in a case file your organization is provided at the conclusion of the investigation. LEO on Guard administrative investigations will help you make disciplinary decisions, including termination of employment. LEO on Guard stands behind our investigative reports and will defend them before any grievance board, arbitrator, or district court hearing. If sufficient probable cause is developed during an administrative investigation that indicates a criminal violation has occurred, we will fully cooperate with the law enforcement agency that has jurisdiction.
